Two steps back:
* Gov't stops investigating gay bias claims in civil service
* LGBT federal workers lose job protections
-- reasons #7978 and #7989 why we all need strong nondiscrimination language in our contracts. With people like this making decisions, relying on the law alone isn't enough.
